Innaloo it may seem a little far out BUT it is only a 5 minutes stroll to the Perth Joondalup Railway and so to Mandurah if you want and the same distance to the bus that is on the circle route to SCGH or the UWA with a little walk to Hollywood Hospi
One queen bed Studio but the couches fold down to make extra sleeping . It is so well laid out it doesn't seem crowded. Kitchen with an oven and an electric cook top and your own washing machine in the kitchen.
On the door step of the very good Innaloo Shopping Center close to the Cinema Complex and plenty of reasonable eateries and take ways.
Don't want furniture NO Worries but go to Ikea for a reasonable and delicious feed. They are the meatball specialist in WA!
Then all food and drinks are excellent and reasonable
